“Project Management Around the World – Europe #PMFlashBlog” was the topic of the 33rd hangout of the Sensible Project Manager Hangout Community. In this community of project managers and others who enjoy discussing project management topics, we have a weekly hangout which is hosted via Google+ Hangout. These hangouts are held each Friday at 9:00am pacific time.

In this hangout, Angel Berniz and Lindsay Scott shared their thoughts about what project management is like in their part of the world. Both, were participants in the second round of the #PMFlashBlog “Project Management Around the World” where project management bloggers shared what it is like to be a project manager in their part of the world. Angel and Lindsay give their perspective from an European point of view.

Lindsay Scott lives in the United Kingdom and is the director of a project management recruitment organization. She shares the results of a recent survey of project managers in the UK which provides and insight on what project management is like in her part of the world.

Angel Berniz resides in Madrid Spain and he wrote two blog posts. One in which he taught us about the different governing bodies prevalent in Europe as well as the different types of certifications. He also wrote of what it is like to manage projects in Spain.
